Our Location

From its vantage point on the Piscataqua River, the Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel looks out onto the coast of Maine and ships from around the world.  Our harbor neighbors, The New Hampshire State Port Authority and Granite State Minerals bustle with harbor activity year-round, and directly across from the hotel the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company offers harbor tours and theme cruises from April through October.

The hotel is a scenic two block walk to Market Square, the center of the historic downtown.  Along the way, enjoy boutiques, galleries, historic houses open for tours, and a wide array of dining options.  Evenings offer a variety of venues for live musical entertainment and theater, including The Music Hall, Pontine Theatre, and Seacoast Repertory Theatre.
